闭上眼睛，让一切物像全都消失，不必满怀猜测，虚设前生来世。人生一次，没有更多奇迹。　　如果耳畔没有声响，你还能听懂什么？如果躯体不觉冷暖，你还能感受什么？如果大脑清空记忆，你还能思念什么？如果未来可以预期，你还憧憬什么？　　你总是把生命浸淫在一杯苦茶、一杯咖啡、一盏清酒中，那么你的情感，就已失去了淡淡如水的澄澈之原色；你甘愿被岁月框架在一段悲伤、一种忐忑、一份哀愁里，那么你的眼神，就会停留于落魄呆滞的黯淡之幽谷。

往往在生活中对自己狠毒，对自己严格要求的男女，在工作和为人处世，包括健康人也对自己更严格要求更自律。因为他们懂得优秀是一种习惯，保持优秀的状态是生命中最好的给予和回馈。　　当我们看到那些星光闪耀的男女明星，数几十年如一日的保持自己的身材和体重，不断地接戏，不断地工作，不断的向外界展示才艺，不断地出场穿品牌衣服，以向观众展示他们悠然自得的生活状态。当我们羡慕明星收入和万众瞩目的时候，你们不知道他们经验这个明星品牌需要付出多少？而他们也从来不会跟你诉苦的。因为他们职业也不允许他们诉苦，他们职业就是给观众带来视觉和感官效应的。　　当你年轻的时候，不想对自己狠；不想严格要求你自己，等你步入中年或者老年的时候，你即使严格要求你自己，你所获得的存在价值和机会比年轻人差很多。年轻的时候，你找一批和你一样拼命的人，一起携手努力，多年以后这批优秀的人就是你最可靠，可信赖的伙伴。　　这个世界人是有群分的。做人挑剔，精挑细选的与人交朋友，懂得看到不同人身上的优点，忽略优秀人才的缺点，不管你以后做什么，都有一批人跟着你，才是你最大的成功。做人，我们就得对自己狠一点，对他人宽容和大方一点，不然这个社会的人和这个喜新厌旧的时代会对我们更狠。没人会永远年轻，唯独希望我们所有人老的时候，因年轻时候的打拼富足安康足矣。
